Level 1 — Start here! Level 1 is appropriate for all levels, from beginner through advanced. Whether you’re new to dirt or a seasoned rider taking your techniques to the next level, you’ll learn valuable skills in a supportive environment in this all-women training. If this is your first off-road training or you’ve never taken a formal training class before, Level 1 will get your dirt skills dialed by focusing on building a strong foundation of balance, control, bike setup, body position, and peg weight steering. Even if you’ve got years under your belt, Level 1 classes will refresh you on the basics and set you up for success for Level 2. You can also benefit from taking the Level 1 class if you’ve taken it in the past but haven’t really practiced the skills much or it’s been a while since you have.
