7PM – 2nd Annual Rev-It! Rendezvous Social Mixer (Rev-It Booth Area) – Whether you're a novice seeking guidance or a veteran ready to share your wisdom, this gathering provides the perfect platform to connect with other local riders and form new lifelong friendships. Presented by #revitriders and ADV community leaders, this social mixer will inspire comradery with fun icebreakers while attendees are invited to indulge in delicious s'mores and refreshing drinks. Join us for an evening of friendship, laughter, games, and prizes as we unite the riding community.
7:15 – 8:15 (Video Tent) Rally GPS Navigation Refresher with Eric Archambault:
A quick refresher on how to get your GPS unit (and yourself) ready to go explore the rides at the Touratech Rally!
7:30 (Rally Tent) SheADV Meetup and All-Women’s Mixer:
Calling all women riders! Join the SheADV crew for a meet and greet to kick off the event weekend. Whether you’re signed up for training or just looking to meet other women at the rally, the whole SheADV gang will be here to hang and answer any questions. Snacks, drinks, and good friends included!
8:30PM – (Video Tent) –Sterling Noren: Five Years on the Road with the Motorcycle Travel Channel – ADV film pioneer, co-founder of Backcountry Discovery Routes and Youtube personality, Sterling Noren, shares experiences and projects he’s participated in on the MCC since 2019. Don’t miss it!

7:30AM (Rever Navigation Tent): GPS Uploading: 2024 Rally Ride Tracks loaded into your GPS Unit or download the Rever app onto your phone to access the routes and participate in the scavenger hunt and the chance to win a Touratech Aventuro Carbon Helmet.
8AM-Noon – SheADV Level 1 – Part 2 Training
9AM – 5PM Factory Demo Rides: KTM, Triumph, Yamaha, Harley Davidson, Ducati, CF Moto, Honda and BMW will be providing demo rides between the times 9am to 5pm Friday and Saturday. Be sure to check with each Manufacturer for their specific ride time.

9:45AM-10:45 - (Video Tent) Adventure Etiquette :
Before you hit the trail learn how to have more FUN on every adventure by knowing the strategies to be safe and responsible on every ride. This presentation will cover trail rules and what they mean. How to organize your group adventure rides to make sure a group of any size has more FUN and stays safe. Learn how to Tread Lightly to preserve access to our adventure routes. With motorcycle educator, Jesse Murphy.

10AM: (Rally Tent) Trail First-Aid Basics with ADV Medics:
Join our onsite medical team as they give you some first-aid tips to take on the trail.
11:30AM - 12:30PM (Rally Tent) : Packing for an ADV Ride: How to bring everything you need for an epic motorcycle adventure with BDR Co-Founder and expedition rider, Paul Guillien.
11AM - Noon (Video Tent) – MotoPhoto with Greg Samborski: Seasoned rider and pro-photographer, Greg Sambroski will reveal the contents of his well-worn camera bag, explain how he keeps fragile gear safe yet accessible on the gnarliest trails, and offer tips for creating engaging stories that might transform how you document your rides.
12:30PM-1:30PM (Video Tent) – Epic Adventures in British Columbia:
BC has an incredible variety of terrain to experience! Come find out all about EPIC GPS Adventures and the amazing riding just North of the border. And you can download and explore all the routes for free!
1PM (Video Tent) – SheADV/REV'IT All-Women's Ice Cream Ride: Calling all women riders! Meet at the REV’IT tent ready to roll with your bike and riding gear. We’ll head to an ice cream shop in Leavenworth and REV’IT will pick up the tab for treats! This will be an all-levels ride and a good time with other awesome women! Limited to 35 women.
2PM-3PM (Video Tent) – Navigating Tricks and Tips with Eric Archambault:
An in-depth look at navigating with a GPS using tracks. This includes receiving .GPX files, installing them into your GPS unit, and how to successfully navigate with them. Bring your unit if you have one.
2:30PM – 3:30PM (Rally Tent) – Camp Cooking 101 with As the Magpie Flies Amanda Zito:
Learn camp cooking tips and tricks from the best: Author of The Motorcycle Camp Cookbook and the reigning Rally Iron Chef cooking champion, Amanda Zito.
3:30PM – 4:30PM (Video Tent) Film Premiere: A Wilder Way
Experienced adventure rider, Suzanne Jolly relearned to ride after a head injury and finally feels capable to take her dream trip: an adventure in a remote boat-access only area on British Columbia's west coast. She invites three other women with their Yamaha Teneres to join her, even though they've never ridden together. The crew load their bikes and gear on a small boat, as they explore what it means to truly love adventures in the wilderness. They work together to deal with a number of surprises in a story likely never to be forgotten.

Join Dork in the Road (AKA Ben) for an informal collaborative conversation about all things ADV, dual sport, motorcycle camping, and YouTube. Bring your questions, experience, and thirst for knowledge (and beer). Let's hang out, enjoy some beverages, and talk moto adventure!
5:30 – 7PM (Challenge Course) Touratech Challenge Course:
NOT A RACE. Nothing fast or too technical. Just fun! All skill levels are welcome! Only way to get a collectable Rally Coin first edition.
8:00PM (Video Tent) – Big Bend, Texas BDR-X Route Sneak Peek and Other BDR Route Updates Join BDR Executive Director Inna Thorn and Austin Moto Adventures Owner Rosson Richardson as they preview the upcoming Big Bend, TX BDR-X Route. This route will debut on October 26th, 2024, at the TouraTexas Rally hosted by Austin Moto Adventures. Riders can immediately embark on this new adventure.
If you're intrigued by the allure and magic of West Texas, this route offers a taste of its unique landscapes. Spanning Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, and other remote areas, including an optional foot crossing into Mexico, this route promises a remote and immersive experience. From mountains and hot springs to ghost towns and cultural sites, it encompasses diverse scenery and historical points of interest, and the riding… its world-class! What is the Motorcycle Relief Project (MRP)? MRP is a non-profit organization supporting veterans & first responders with PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc, on 5-day adventure motorcycle relief rides. Hear about the data supporting the effectiveness of the program, hear from alumni who's lives have been changed by participating.

11AM-Noon (Video Tent) – Into the unknown: Alone, a guide to traveling solo and documenting your travels along the way By Rosie Gabrielle:
As an avid adventure enthusiast and solo traveler, Rosie will share with you from a female's perspective of what it's really like to go out into this world alone. What I've she’s learned from traveling solo, and the benefits and drawbacks of going alone.
12:30PM – 1:30 (Video Tent) – Vancouver BC to Moab, a journey we were (almost) not prepared for: What Greg Villain did to prepare for the 2800 miles journey to Utah, the “surprises” on the road and how he organized his rides everyday to explore Moab.
12:45-1:45PM (Rally Tent) – Advanced Motorcycle Vision Clinic:
Join Jesse Murphy of Cascade Motorcycle Safety, your eyes are amazingly capable and the most helpful tool in making your ride more FUN. Come learn about the details of how your eyes work, practice drills to make your eyes more effective, and learn strategies to use your eyes to make every adventure better.
1:45-2:45 (Video Tent)– How to Create Your Own GPS Guided Rides with Eric Archambault
A look behind the curtain on how the rides at events like the Touratech Rally are made, and how to create GPS guided rides of your own.
2 – 3PM (Rally Tent) –Motorcycle Brake System Workshop With Jesse Murphy of Cascade Motorcycle Safety: A perennial favorite. Learn about how to care for and maintain one of the most important systems on your motorcycle, the brakes! In this hands-on workshop you will learn ow to service brake systems on our Brake System Simulator. Knowing how to care for your brake system can be a ride saver on your next adventure.
3PM (Video Tent) – Riding South Africa with Nicole Berman
Have you ever dreamt of riding Africa on two wheels? Join Nicole, a South African biker girl, as she share stories, pictures and videos of South Africa and shares her own experience of growing up in a Motorcycle Crazy family who decided to start offering 2 wheel tours of South Africa over 20 years ago!
This presentation will include where to go, what to ride, how to pack and other expert information that will help you plan the motorcycle adventure of a lifetime in Southern Africa with Sama Tours. Choose between our Guided tours, Self-Guided Tours and motorcycle rentals

This year at the Touratech Rally, the 4th SheADV Iron Chef Competition is heating up once again and will be giver and tastier than ever before. During this epic culinary battle, competitors will try to impress our panel of mot-celebrity judges and win some great prizes. Don’t miss this event Hosted by Eva Rupert. You could win the coveted Adventure Cutting Board!
6:30PM (Vendor Row) - Jimmy Lewis ADV Circus & Competition
Join pro-rider, champion racer and moto-celeb, Jimmy Lewis as he hosts a riding competition for all skill levels that he's conceiving right now. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but it promises to be entertaining and the winner gets a trophy!
7PM – 7:30PM (Vendor Row) – Touratech Slow Race
Slow down and keep that foot off the ground. Can you walk away with some hardware? All skill levels are welcome! It’s a race to see who will be last across the finish line!
7:30 – 8PM (Mainstage) –Touratech Rally Raffle
If you turned in your raffle tickets be in front of the stage and win something awesome!
8PM (Mainstage/ Yellow Tent) Moto-Influencer Mixer
Come have a cold one and talk everything adventure riding with all of the personalities and presenters from the 2024 Touratech Rally. A great way to put a button on a super-fun weekend!
